You will be made most welcome to join us as our guests at Wellington Farm B&B, which is a traditional Thatched Farmhouse and a Grade II Listed property that dates back to the 16th Century which retains many of its original features.
We aim to provide a friendly and informal atmosphere. On arrival we offer our guests tea/coffee and biscuits in the guest lounge. At Wellington Farm we offer homely style accommodation in the heart of East Devon. Our guests have access to a private lounge with an inglenook feature fireplace and comfortable furnishings to relax in and enjoy.
There are 4 guest bedrooms most with en–suite facilities and the property benefits from off–road car parking for 10 vehicles. Outside there is a raised decked seating area, with a feature pond and spectacular country views extending to just over 5 acres to the rear of the house.
Wellington Farm is a charming and relaxed setting for either a short break, or as a base to exploring the very best of Devon. Situated within a few miles of the attractive coastline of East Devon, which embraces seaside resorts of Lyme Regis, Seaton and Sidmouth, as well as many other places of interest.
The area is ideal for walking, and there are short walks that can be reached by car. For those with a more serious intent, there is the South–West Coastal Footpath, which covers a route around most of the Devon & Cornwall coast.
Being dog friendly, you are more than welcome to bring your dogs. When booking all you have to do is inform us if you wish to bring your pet. It is advisable to keep dogs on a lead when in the car park, as the road is quite busy.
